Grounds Committee
The Grounds Committee is a group of community members
whose goal it is to maintain and improve the appearance
of our community. The Grounds Committee is responsible
for the weekly maintenance of the common grounds, which
includes all greenspace areas in the cul-de-sacs, along
the creek and community park. The committee is also
responsible for the upkeep of the reforestation areas,
bioretention ponds, stormceptor, flowerbeds at the entrance
of the community and trees in the common grounds.
The Grounds Committe is currently working on plans to
improve the appearance and safety of the neighborhood.
Improvements such as additional landscaping and fencing
around the culverts are currently under review. Community
members are welcome to submit their suggestions or concerns
at any time to grounds@creeksidemd.org
Grievance Committee
All Grievances MUST be submitted
in writing to Creekside Park HOA, P.O. Box 398, Walkersville,
MD 21793.
Procedure Change:
The procedure for filing formal Grievances has been changed. The Board voted to
adopt an updated Grievance Procedure which requires that all grievances be
submitted in writing and signed by the sender. The complete procedure is
available for your review via this
link.
As always, homeowners are encouraged to discuss problems
directly with their neighbors prior to submitting a
written grievance.
Animal Control - Our four-legged friends are
an integral part of the community. While they are loved,
the less than neighborly behavior of some of their owners
often brings complaints. You must scoop your pet's
poop.
Also, please remember that Frederick County Animal
Control 'containment' regulations state that pets (dogs
and cats) are required to be contained within a homeowners
property or physical control at all times. Pets
are not allowed to roam freely through the neighborhood.
Please, keep your pet fenced or leashed at all
times.
